Return and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of trading card products, all sales of TCG-related items are final.
Please read the strict return and refund policy outlined below.
These strict policies are in place to protect the integrity of cards and products. Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, it is difficult to verify whether returned items have been tampered with, resealed, weighed, scanned, or swapped. Accepting returns or exchanges increases the risk of counterfeit cards and resealed products which we may unknowingly and unintentionally offer for sale.
Please note that playbound.gg's policies may be updated at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the buyer to review the most current version available on our website before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

A 3% cancellation fee may be applied to cover non-refundable credit card processing fees.

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible by emailing support@playbound.com with the order number.

Cancellations are not guaranteed and will be evaluated based on the order status at the time of the request.

Once an order has been packed or fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled and is subject to the policies outlined below.
2. TCG Products (Trading Card Games)

All sales of TCG-related items are final and non-returnable. This includes:

Sealed products (booster packs, boxes, tins, etc.)

Individual trading cards (raw or graded)

Promotional items
-
Special releases, limited editions, or exclusives

Returns or exchanges on these items are not accepted under any circumstances, including buyer’s remorse.

Please ensure orders are reviewed carefully before completing checkout.
3. Damaged or Incorrect TCG Items

If a TCG item arrives damaged in transit or if an incorrect item is received, contact support within 3 days of delivery.

Include clear photos of the packaging, product, and shipping label.

Each case will be reviewed, and a replacement, refund, or store credit in the form of a gift card may be offered at the company’s discretion.
4. Non-TCG Products (Accessories, Apparel, etc.)

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in new and unused condition, with tags and original packaging intact.

Not eligible for return:

Worn or washed apparel
-
Opened accessories or merchandise with broken seals

Clearance or final sale items

5. Return Process (Non-TCG Items Only)

Contact support@playbound.com with the order number and reason for return.

Await return authorization and instructions.

Ship the item back securely (return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was incorrect or damaged).

Once received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
6. Exchanges

Exchanges for non-TCG items may be possible, subject to item availability.

If the requested exchange item is not in stock, a refund or store credit will be offered.
7. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method for eligible non-TCG items.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was due to company error.
8. Store Credit (Gift Cards)

Store credit in the form of a playbound.gg digital gift card may be requested instead of a refund for non-TCG items.
-
Gift cards do not expire and may be used on any future purchase.
9. Exceptions
-
playbound.gg reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy at its sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
