After packing up and dropping off your order, USPS takes it from there and there's not much we can do. Still, we do what's within our control to make sure your package arrives as quickly and safely as possible.

We try to offer everything in the best condition possible at near-mint or better and do our best to be transparent about the condition if it's not.

We generally follow TCGPlayer's Card Conditioning Standards definitions for card condition.

• Each card is individually sleeved, regardless of value or rarity. (Yes, even common energy cards will get their own sleeve.)
• An optimal mix of card protection supplies will be used including perfect fit sleeves, penny sleeves, top loaders, semi-rigid card holders
• Orders are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
• We use semi-rigid envelopes for smaller orders and corrugated boxes for larger ones.
• We avoid bubble mailers to ensure better protection and handling.
  

For the fastest possible shipping and to minimize the opportunities for damage or theft, we do the following:

• We drop off directly at a USPS Post Office during their office hours
• We exclusively use USPS for shipping to minimize transit times and handling.
  

Even though using drop boxes, pick up services, or couriers can be more convenient or cheaper for us, we try to minimize number of hands/places the package gets transferred between.

Once shipped, playbound.gg is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@playbound.gg within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping but will in the future. We're working on it!
